As of 2026, it has been 170 years that the Shannonville World’s Fair has brought together families, farmers, exhibitors, local businesses and visitors from across the region to celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of our community. Hosted annually by the Shannonville Agricultural Society, the fair continues to showcase the best of rural life while creating lasting memories for all ages.

Are you a master baker, a green-thumbed gardener, or a crafting genius? The Shannonville World’s Fair is celebrating its 170th Anniversary (1856–2026), and we want to showcase your talents!
Entering your homemade, home-grown, or handcrafted items into our fair exhibits is a time-honored tradition. Not only do you get to share your skills with the community, but you also compete for ribbons, bragging rights, and cash prizes!
Who Can Enter?
Everyone! Whether you are a seasoned pro, a hobbyist, or a young creator just starting out, there is a place for you. We have dedicated Youth Categories to make sure the next generation of creators gets their time in the spotlight.
How to Enter in 3 Simple Steps:
- Pick Your Categories: Download the Exhibitor’s Booklet using the button below and review the complete exhibitor’s guidelines and categories to see where your items fit best.
Download the Entry Form: Download the Exhibitor’s Entry Form using the button below, and fill it out.
Bring Your Best: Drop off your items ay the Recreation Hall on Thursday August 27th from 7 PM to 9 PM or Friday August 28th from 9 AM To Noon. The judges will do their work from Noon to 5 PM, after which you will be able to look for that 1st Place blue ribbon!

Fill Out the Application: Download and complete the appropriate Vendor’s Form.
